Merry Christmas!!!

Here are a couple of candid shots with Grayson and Avery near the tree...

We actually have an obnoxious blow up Santa with Mrs. Claus and a little elf coming out of a present like a jack in the box in the front yard. Grayson was very cool with it at first...always talked about him from a far.

One day we get back from the grocery store and Allyson takes him over to Santa and starts impersonating him and pushing him around....Grayson became terrrified of the kindest old man that ever lived...Never wanted him blown up after that... "Keep Santa sleeping.." he would say.

Then I started getting him up after Gray went to bed (I love old man Christmas too!). Gray now gets up every morning and checks if Santa is sleeping or not. Literally the first thing he does upon waking up...

My God time flies...seems like things are going so much faster then when we had Grayson! Of course Grayson plays a big role in how fast we are going...LOL. Look at this picture in the black/white with the purple flower and tell me she doesn't look like a Gahan!

He's very sweet with her. We even have the pictures to prove it. Some of the best pics below are with Avery and my mom and pop (many thanks to Elishia Yadrick for taking them!)...

We were very thankful this year...My parents came out for thanksgiving and basically took over our kitchen...thankful indeed. One good thing about having your parents come in for Thanksgiving, you get treated to a little bit of thanksgiving you had as a kid.

I was wondering if I had to prod him to get into the leaves...Umm...no pushing necessary! He jumped right in like a natural.

Welcome home!

Here are some pictures of our last day at the hospital. We couldn't wait to get out of our cramped room and bring Avery home with us.

We got Grayson some gifts "from Avery"...it seemed to go pretty well!

Of course Grayson wanted nothing to do with the pictures and everything to do with driving the wheelchair!

The jealousy begins...LOL. He doesn't understand why mom is holding Avery so much and he's not able to get up on her lap.

Ed and Linda decorated the house a bit before we got home...it looked GREAT!
